Shrimp looks and tastes like it was fried once then sat and fried again. This particular Zaxbys food is always over cooked and looks nothing like the other two we go to between Tullahoma and Murfreesboro. When you bring it to their attention even if they made a mistake they get attitudes.

I thought i was missing ALOT of fries turns out they were present in separate containers. whomever i spoe will had the most sincere apology and was ready to fix it. It waa my mostake but he was mot rude at all.thanls zaxbys

The Crinkle Fries - Regular were not fresh. The Asian Zensation Zalad™ was a smaller portion than what I got last time

Unfortunately, the Boneless Wings & Things are always dry and under sauced. The last 5 times I've ordered from this Zaxbys has been the same. Hopefully management reads the reviews and does something to improve their quality control.
