The bread on my sandwich was burnt, they gave me 10 fries and my lemonade/tea drink taste like straight water. I was extremely disappointed in my meal

The food was good. But I ordered and paid for a large fry with the garlic Parmesan seasoning and what I got was a regular amount of fries with the regular seasoning. Other than that, things were good. The bread was a bit soggy, but I feel like that always happens if you're not eating it right there. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. I would order from there again, but I would do pick up instead of delivery so that I could check my order.

Received the wrong Zalad. I ordered a Garden Asian Zensation Zalad™ and received a Garden House Zalad which i can't eat because it house cucumbers Terrible service from Zaxby's because this is NOT the first time they have gotten my order incorrect

I LOVEEEE IT , i get it all the time.. i usually just get chicken fries and it's the best i sometimes get a little bit but sometimes a lot and it hot n great soo
