Big Zax Snak was as tasty as ever. Hot, fresh, crispy and just the right portion size. DoorDash driver was super quick and friendly. Great lunch all the way around!

Usually always pretty fresh and good, but this time my toast was burnt and tenders seemed like they had been sitting for awhile. I would order again but hopefully they don't make this mistake again.

Both the fries and the Boneless Wings - 5 were heavily overseasoned and they didn't add any of the zax sauce I ordered

This was very strange as it was sealed yet it was missing tea it was 1/ 3rd to a 1/2? gallon missing and I can't imagine why they would sell it like this. I ordered it at 7 o'clock but they are open for a few more hours and if they are that low they should either make more because this was extremely warm as if they had just made it so they should either not sell it if they don't have enough or make more.

Chicken Fingerz™ - 10 was dry, the door dash driver specifically asked them if everything was there and then showed up without the Crinkle Fries - Large. The toast was hard. It's like they have separate food for door dash and dine in.
The sprite was the best part . Door dasher was awesome tho!
