Food was so cold and tasted like it was cooked in 10 day old oil. I ordered a large frie and got half of the fries. No salt on the fries.

Too many crinkle fries! I received 4 boxes! Most of the fries were undercooked! No Zac sauce at all for my many fries or my finger plate! Chicken was overcooked and not edible!

Both salads had quit a bit of bad brown slimy lettuce. We end up having to pick out the bad pieces before we could eat. The fried chicken was also not fresh, it seemed as if it had been earlier in the day making it very dry.

Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz was disgusting. Tasted like they had been sitting out all day. Fried Pickles were burnt. Absolutely disgusting

Both the cheddar bites and the French fries were insanely hard. Impo to chew. Idk how the cheddar bites were supposed to be shareable when there was barely in the box.
