Food was cold. Wings weren't fried well. A hand full of fries. And they left my drink off after the dasher specifically asked if it was in the bag, he said yes was the response and the bag was sealed. The tenders and sauce carried the $20 plate of an $30 order.

I ordered the big Zack snack, which comes with three chicken tenders and somehow I only ended up with one. Not worth $12 for one chicken, tender fries, and a piece of toast. Someone must have been in a hurry.

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich tasted like they just took the chicken out of the freezer, zapped it a little bit in the microwave & slapped it on the bun. I'm also tired of ordering a large fry and receiving a regular. The tea wasn't up to par either, it was weakly brewed.

I have no idea who it was that made my sandwich this last time, but they need a raise, because I usually end up with dry and hard fingers on the sandwich. This last time however, they were juicy and crispy, perfect.

I ordered a large fry & large sweet for the Sauced Big Zax Snak® Meal and I received a regular fry and some nasty peach flavored tea. Chicken Finger Taco is not worth $5!
