second side was supposed to be fries and got toast instead the chicken tenders are extremely small I could have gotten better at a gas station for a third of the price and the second meal didn't even come with a second side that we ordered

I used to live in Murray Kentucky and their Zaxbys was amazing. I move to Owensboro and this place is an embarrassment. The fries are always cold and old. The chicken is always over cooked and cold. I ordered twice hoping the second time would be better and it in fact was worse than the first time.

Delicious salads! One of my favorites. Container was packed, & was definitely full after eating it. We all love their cheese bites and marinara sauce as well!

Half the chicken fingers aren't even breaded no butter on any of the toast tiny portions of fries that are cold. All of the chicken was cold barely any sauce on the wings and the wings were like cold pieces of rubber. Horrible food would never order again would give 0 stars if I could
