We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and they were delicious as always. We also ordered the Fingerz Family Meal . There was so much food, we had leftovers. Zaxby's is a little pricey but after getting the Fingerz Family Meal I can see why, 100% real chicken and the fingers were large. They don't skimp on anything. Love this restaurant

Lemon Pepper Traditional Wings were super tiny, I mean smaller than what you've come to expect these days. They were also very tough & tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer all day. Toast was also stale like it had been made & left sitting somewhere. Didn't receive the correct dipping sauces either which normally I could live w/ but BBQ sauce for lemon pepper wings- wings that desperately needed a good ranch bath to save them. Very disappointed.

Delicious! And I'm so glad I got to try it. The cheese curds and the toast have to be my absolute favorite. I will be ordering this again and again. Here's to my late sister in law as this was her favorite store to order from

Southern Fried Shrimp Meal. The shrimp was so burnt it almost blended in with the black container. I pealed off the burnt breading and ate the dried up baby shrimp. It was bad, but I ate it because I was hungry. The coleslaw was just okay but better than the shrimp.

All of our food, especially the fries, tastes burnt and kind of like cigarettes. We called, confused, because they weren't physically burnt. The manager said it was because the oil in the fryer was old, but they were understaffed and too busy to change it. I understand being understaffed, but why keep serving food when you know this is how it tastes? Disappointed but I understand.
