There aren't a lot of restaurants that serve what I love and I adore that Zaxby's serves Grilled chicken as an option, most is only fried. This is great for me as I prefer it over any other time, and love that I can add a sauce of my chosing. And the fries are number one in my book. I'm a fries fan, and each restaurant has a rank, Zaxby's is beyond compare! <3 Love this place.

I've ordered the lemon pepper wings a bunch of times and the quality of the wings and amount of seasoning in wildly inconsistent but tolerable. However last night when I opened the box I was shorted 1 wing which is no big deal but the taste of the 4 I did receive was almost unbearable, they had a very old oil/chemical taste. I won't be ordering again

I messed up on my order. I accidentally ordered fried instead of grilled on my salad. My dasher went above and beyond and got the grilled for me. zaxbys accommodated the request. EXCELLENT Service from both sides. Thank you both so much. Amazing service from both parties.

everything was great except the Fried Pickles and Fried White Cheddar Bites I only got about 10-12 each of them. the Pickles were very over done...
