Most of the lettuce on my salad was bad/rotten.I had to pick through it and got maybe half of it that I could eat. This has happened before too.

The chicken did not taste like it would normally and it tasted like it was smoked.Also my drink was about halfway gone before I even put the straw in it

Paid for extra sauces but didn't get them. Paid for 5 piece tender and didn't get them. Both were 4 piece and small. Really gone down hill. Very disappointed.

It would be nice if they covered the kids with the kind of tape strips others use & secured the food boxes.

Last 2 times I have ordered, everything is over cooked and burnt.
chicken sandwich was overly drenched with sauce.
