• 12/27/23I have ordered Zaxby's twice in the last week and a half and both times had issues with them. I have to pay for extra sauce for my tenders and both times I did not get it. The second time I ordered I did not even get any sauce in my bag. The fries have to much seasoning on them and the Coke tastes nasty both times

• 5/11/23Everything in the bag was soaking wet from condensation. They might want to check how they are packaging everything. My Kickin Chicken Sandwich was drowning in the sauce in the container so I had to eat it with a knife and fork. But it had a good taste nevertheless.

• 6/21/26I ordered 8 extra sauces and only received 4 total for 3 meals. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The people that are working there have no idea what they are doing. Busy or not your job is good and you need to make the order the way it was ordered. So sad to have my order not delivered properly. I will not be ordering from the establishment ever again I wouldn't recommend anyone ever using them again either. One straw for 3 drinks also. Waste of money!
