My Crinkle Fries - Regular were literally about 10 small fries, barely filled the container 1/3 of the way. For the price that's insane. No seasoning on ANY of my fries, Dr Pepper was flat. I didn't get my ranch for my 3 Nibblerz®. Everything was very poor quality and seemed rushed.. I wouldn't order order from here again unless I was in person to correct it. My meal was $50 but was not worth that, really a waste of money.

I ordered a 6 finger plate and got 5 after I already had to go back because there was no sauce in the bag. I got sauce that wasnt even half way filled up. Very disappointing feeling as if I'm wasting money (which I am) getting shorted on food that was not prepared correctly.

I was very disappointed with my order from Zaxby’s. The grilled chicken was extremely hard, cold, and overcooked. The spicy chicken was also very dry, and the fries were cold by the time I received them. For spending nearly $50, I expected much better quality and freshness.
This meal was not worth the money, and I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality and consistency in the future.

The Cobb Zalad® was really good. I've had it two days in a row and the portion is big and just enough chicken.
