My first time ever eating Zaxbys and it has immediately become my favorite.
I got the Cobb salad, fries, and a sweet tea and couldn't even finish it all because the salad was so big and it's SO good. Rally's fries have been my favorite until now. Now they're coming second to Zaxbys. 10/10 will definitely eat here again.

An item was missing from my salad I called and spoke to the most wonderful young man who promised to make it up to me on my next order. He was so kind and went above and beyond to make things right for me. Shout out to Mr. Shields! There are still some people out there that do care. On another note, the tenders are getting smaller. One of my 10-piece looked like 1/2 the size of the rest, and was mostly batter. They still taste great, especially cold, with or without sauce.

I ordered the Boneless Wings & Things. I received only four wings instead of five. Someone either can't count or cheated me. That was the only decent part of the meal. The chicken tenders were dry and hard. I haven't had Zaxbys in years and craved it but if this is the quality I will not order again. If you would like to try it I recommend going to the restaurant and checking your food.

Only giving 2 stars because the strawberry lemonade was good. The rest of the meal just ok excluding the fries. The fries were not good at all and to top things off I paid for an upcharge for two large order of fries, but only recieved in each order just small fry. I have ordered Zaxby's in the past from other Zaxby's locations through Doordash and it has always been extremely good but Not this location.

i ordered 2 of the Chicken Finger Plate - 5 Fingerz. the tenders, fries, and toast were delicious and hot when they arrived!! they included my Extra Sauce and my drink was great too. 10/10
