The chicken fingerz and chicken sandwiches were very dry. I ordered lettuce on both sandwiches, and there were just a few scraggly pieces, not actually a proper amount of lettuce. This was our first time ever eating Zaxbys, and sadly, it will be our last.

My salad was delivered on time and Kelly was very pleasant. However, the egg roll had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. The chicken was in tiny pieces, probably leftover from lunch. I have always loved the Zensation salad but not this time.

We paid for extra sauce and didn't even get any of the sauces that should have come with it. Our chicken wasn't tossed in the sauces that we asked for either. We went with Zaxby's instead of slim chickens because of the sauces and got no sauces. We'll try again another day I guess.

Ordered 90 something chicken fingers and got two sauces, no ketchup. Spent $200 to be short change, not good.
