The Chicken Fingerz™ - 10 were overcooked and extremely small. The Crinkle Fries - Large were all half portions! The only thing that was good in this order was the Banana Pudding Milkshake .

Food was hot. Fries were fresh. However, despite ordering Extra Sauce, the Kickin Chicken Sandwich itself was dry and without any sauce at all. Glad I spent the extra money for the sauce otherwise I would have ended up with a plain chicken sandwich 😩

It was utterly amazing, my dasher was the sweetest soul ever, it was portioned amazing it was fresh and I would definitely order again. The wings tasted really good and my tea is amazing and the seasoning on the fries was just top tier.

I’m very disappointed with my order from Zaxby’s today. I ordered the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich with Sweet & Spicy sauce, but there was little to no sauce on the sandwich. I also selected ranch as one of my sauce options, but there was no ranch included with my order.
I ordered a large order of fries with extra seasoning, but there was little to no seasoning on some of the fries. On top of that, the fries were mushy and not fully cooked or crispy like they normally are.
I paid for my order expecting the food to be prepared correctly, and unfortunately, several parts of my order were not. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and provide an appropriate resolution.

Fries is unseasoned and they gave me a smaller amount than normal, the bread isn't toasted, this isn't Zaxbys. I am very disappointed in the quality of food I was served with.
