Twice now my seasoning has been missing from my fries! I ordered a Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz and literally only got 3 fingers. That's ridiculous!! It already took an hour to get to me which I was ok with that, but to constantly get my order wrong makes me not want to order again.

Love the food. The chicken tenders are so flavorful and juicy. The fries are well seasoned, love the spicy zax sauce. Overall the food is so goooooddd

Holy moly those loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were just perfect. and the chicken and fries were good.

Ordered the Chicken Finger Plate - 5 Fingerz and chicken strips were dried out and overdone. Again. Bread was hard and stale. Fries were cold. Been a while since we ordered Zaxby's and apparently the previous bad meal was not a fluke. Old dried out chicken strips seems to be how they roll now. Won't be ordering from them again.

No seasoning on the fries, a piece of silver (maybe foil) on my toast, and I was missing a spicy zax sauce that I paid for.
