I always get something from Zaxbys because they never disappoint. I love the Crinkle Fries - Large with ranch so much and it is always so fresh. Thank you so much Zaxbys! and the Handcrafted Strawberry Lemonade is always so good

I normally love Zaxby's chicken, it's my every once in a while cheat bc I don't eat much fried food. I decided to try the new lemon pepper dry rub, absolute mistake. I'm hoping maybe it was just a one off, but the chicken was drowned in the seasoning too the point it just tasted like sour grease. Unfortunately inedible, and anything that was touching it was soaked in the grease and lemon as well. Sadly disappointing.

my drink didn't have the sticker over the lid like other restaurants when you order. i felt like that was kinda unsanitary

The slaw is all over the food when it's supposed to come separately. This was supposed to be a meal for 2 but i am allergic to the stuff in the slaw
