They typically do good but, Southern Fried Shrimp is way over cooked just like they cook their chicken, so dry you can't chew it. For a restaurant that specializes in chicken they need to learn how to deep fry and it still be juicy. I think they need to go to chic-fil-a school.

I ordered the classic Chicken Finger Plate from Zaxby’s, and it definitely hit the spot. The meal came with perfectly golden chicken tenders, crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, a cup of their signature Zax Sauce, and a refreshing drink on the side.
The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside — just how they should be. They had that signature Zaxby’s seasoning that gives them a slightly peppery flavor. Dipping them in the Zax Sauce took it to another level — it’s creamy, tangy, and has that little kick that keeps you going back for more.
The fries were hot, well-seasoned, and had a nice crunch, pairing perfectly with the sauce. The Texas toast was thick and buttery with a golden crust, adding a nice touch to balance out the meal.
For the drink, I went with a classic soda (you can’t go wrong there), and it helped wash everything down perfectly. Overall, this meal had the perfect balance of flavor, crunch, and comfort — exactly what you expect from Zaxby’s.

The food wasn't good at all. The boneless wings didn't have enough sauce, and the side of fries I ordered was barely filled. The Dr. Pepper was basically just fizzy water, had almost no syrup in it.

My Asian Zensation Zalad™ - Grilled was good. the The House Zalad® - Grilled was not; a lot of bad lettuce and the chicken was tough and tasted odd. the Kickin Chicken Sandwich was fine, and the French fries were a little soggy.

1 star because of the cost in regards to the service and quality. The order should have had at least 12 Zax sauces because I purchased an additional 6. There were only 5 sauces for a family of 7's meal.
The food should have been packaged in more bags to provide for leakage. Instead, the containers looked as if they had been thrown and crammed in one bag.
Not happy because the cost of this bill was almost $100.00 coming in at $93.65.
