this was for a pickup
my items were done almost immediately, it took a few extra minutes to get there. they had them in the freezer, so I figured they were putting in the freezer right after making them. the outside was nice and firm.
they must have had them sitting out for quite some time before putting into freezer because just the very outside was frozen, the inside was completely melted.
it was so gross and messy.
if you for order to pick up make sure you are ready to leave as soon as you put in your order or you will have a melty mess .
the Harrisville location has done me wrong several times will have to really be desperate to order from that location again.
last time I ordered large and received the smaller size, I had to reach out to them so many times. they finally did respond to my texts, apologized and promised to make it right. but stopped responding after they offered to make it right. they did absolutely nothing that time.
so this current order really proved that they do not care about anything but getting your money. the quality of the product they provide means nothing to them

Root Beer Float was half full; I could remove the top portion of container and still there remained one inch empty. The taste was mediocre as the ingredients had melted and blended by arrival. Freshness was OK. I will order one more time in the hopes that this was an outlier.

Cream Cheese Dip Received vanilla icing instead of cream cheese both times I've ordered. You don’t get one with the pretzel you have to pay more for the side. The cost of the side is expensive to not get the correct thing I will not try again.
