I'm not sure I see the extra time taken for my order in the presentation. The Rocket and mozzarella were not well dispersed, no basil on the margarita. No crushed pistachios on the tiny cannoli. They were flaky, but not sure the small serving is worth $8. I'm a bit disappointed
