So tasty and flavorful, the pancakes are big in size so you're getting a nice size for your money, I'm always gonna order from them the food was fresh like just came off the stove fresh. Zeytin is different they have food your not gonna find anywhere else an I love that for Myrtle Beach

Loved the Zeytin Garden Salad, third or fourth time I've gotten unacceptable Hashbrown. Just like last time i ordered it, now i like it crispy but it was overcooked, thinner than a pancake, barely the size of the palm of my hand. Sucks when your looking forward to eating something that has been good before only to be let down.

I dine in at Zeytin a lot. Hands down the best breakfast place in town. Ordered on door dash this morning for delivery and was pleasantly surprised that the quality and taste is just as good as eating in. Highly recommend this restaurant .. always a hit !! The Smoked Salmon Benedict is definitely one of my faves ( I skip the cream cheese and capers) because I find that weird with hollandaise sauce!
