My company has used this place to cater breakfasts and their bagels were always delish. I ordered on my own and it was the worst experience. For the The Classic I ordered my eggs over medium, and my bagel scooped and toasted. None of that was followed. I ordered the Side of Breakfast Latke and I'm pretty sure only about 30-40% of it was potato... not sure what the rest was made of but it tasted horrible, and they didn't even send sour cream with it. Just 2 limp "pattiess" that DEFINITELY didn't look like their pic. After including the delivery fee I paid $20 just for those 2 items. If the food was food I wouldn't complain, but that's a lot to pay when both items are disappointing.

Bagel was good but Very light on the cream cheese. I did ask for the bagel to be scooped so perhaps that be prepare of the order assume that I want a light cream cheese. I just didn't want the bread. Nonetheless, the cream cheese and the bagel were delicious.

Eggs overcooked to the point where it was inedible. People who worked at the store were really nice tho.
