This was so so so good. This is going to definitely be one of my new favorite "Gordita" style places. The shredded brisket was so flavorful and juicy. The sauce that was on this was very good and paired well with the meat and cheese. I got the fried version and wasn't disappointed. This was big enough to fill me up.

El Mondongo soup (sopa de menudo o mondongo) venía solo Yuca y mazorca en la sopa, esperaba más menudo para su costo tan elevado.
El Patacon estaba suave, el sabor del repollo parecía dañado, olía mal, la carne un poco salada.

The Tequeños were SO good, and the mayo it came with was deliciously seasoned as well. Would (and will) order again.
