Mushroom Parmesan Platter
Chris S in our kitchen came up with this sandwich as an homage to toasted ravioli from his hometown of St.Louis, MO. 2 side salads that change seasonally. This platter comes with a side of pita, baked from scratch in our 900-degree oven using organic and locally-milled flour from Maine Grains.

**Cilantro mint** chutney, fried **paneer** (a fresh cheese,) chaat (an **Indian street snack** we make with fried **chickpeas,** fresh **jalapeños,** pickled **cabbage** and **pickled onions**), a drizzle of **Sidehill Farm yogurt,** and a **drizzle of tamarind sauce.**

The Buffalo Sandwich
Panko-breaded and crisped celeriac (root veggie), smoky fava bean spread, dill pickle coins, cooling feta slaw and spicy buffalo aioli. Thanks Chef Phil for coming up with this delicious wintery treat!
The Bridgewater
We make a Jalapeño cream cheese spread, add **buttermilk-battered criminis** from Rhode Island Mushroom Company, glazed with a honey Sriracha glaze. We top everything with local kale from western MA (when we can get it - in deep winter we'll rely on the non-local stuff) and thinly-sliced red onions.
Mayor Menino Soy BLT
Our own pita, baked hours ago in East Cambridge, mayo, smoky tempeh that we roast with a bit of safflower oil, sliced cocktail tomatoes from Backyard Farms in Maine (or field tomatoes from MA), and green leaf lettuce.
Sunchoke Mushroom Sandwich
This sandwich came about in a roundabout way. Chris tasted some truffle cheddar from Grafton in Vermont, and the flavor of truffles reminded him of the flavor of sunchokes. He fried up some sunchokes and onions. He fried some mushrooms from Rhode Island Mushroom Company. Queen's Greens was growing arugula in greenhouses, so he made a scallion and black pepper sauce for it. *** Inside the sandwich: scallion black pepper mayo, cheddar cheese, fried mushrooms, and fresh arugula.
