Red Ginger is different than most Chinese restaurants in that it follows upscale tactics, which positions it as one of the most elegant, finer dining experiences in the area.
Excellent! General sows General Tso Chicken 左宗鸡 chicken cooked and breaded correctly, not over cooked and un chewable peices like other places! Crunch Chicken Roll 脆皮鸡肉卷 was great and fresh. Gyoza 日本煎饺 and Steamed Pork Bun(4) 包子(4) both great. Will be ordering here! Thanks D. Dash for getting it here!

Omg. The Cb Pine Nuts Ck Cb.松子鸡 was incredible. I don't normally love Chinese takeout unless I'm in like nyc because it's normally a let down but dang red ginger is changing my tune for brevard county. They make this homemade lemon sauce for this chicken and (thank you for doing this) they put it on the side so the crispy chicken doesn't get soggy but the flavor was incredible. I'm going to try more on their menu they say is homemade. Yum! Try the pine nut lemon chicken! Hot and sour was great too

Did a dinner combo (kung pao chicken which i didn't love) and it came with a soup. The hot and sour (pictured) was so good. I also love the Sweet And Sour Chicken 甜酸鸡. Nice and crispy and good sauce on the side. The chicken lo Chicken Lo Mein 鸡捞面 was really bland so I might add some spice or soy sauce to those next time or pass.

No flavor at all to chicken lo mein and barely any chicken of veggies. Shrimp spring rolls also bland. Ordered and paid for duck sauce and it too had no flavor -I have never had such bland Chinese food.

This was the only restaurant that allowed us to order brown rice. My husband got that with his Chicken With Broccoli 芥兰鸡 and he gave it a 4* rating. I got the white rice with Moo Shu Chicken 木须鸡 . It was delicious. There was more than enough to make 5 of them. The plum sauce was yummy, and they gave more than I could use. A lot of places in Phoenix gave only a little. But Red Ginger let me have enough to splurge on the sauce on each one. I give it a 5* rating. We got take out using doordash, and the food was done quickly and delivered with no problem. I we come back to visit Coco Beach again, we would order from them again.
