"I did a pick up order and I'm glad I checked it because they hadn't given me the correct sides. I asked for my additional rice and they said they didn't have enough to give me and it would be 30-45 minutes. So it was clearly and intentional decision to not give me everything I ordered and just try to get away with it. The rice I did get was super hard and disgusting. It clearly wasn't fresh at all and had probably been sitting under the heat lamps all day.
