Because when I took my first bite all I could think of was that "this will be gone way before I get full". "Ok so obviously what I got was not Pozole but it was due to them being sold out and replacing it with their menudo. The menudo is very good, the broth has good flavor and the tripe is cooked great and soft to chew, I also bought a carnitas Taco Regular which was also very good.
