The chicken fried steak itself was cooked perfectly, not chewy at all! The gravy was thick and well seasoned. It was smaller than most chicken fried steaks and also more expensive (at least on DoorDash) than other comparable door dash CFS.
The mashed potatoes have an odd look, texture and taste. Of course it's all personal preference I just wasn't a fan. They were gritty, and tasted freezer burnt (that's the only way I can describe it, I'm sure they weren't actually freezer burnt).

"Nathan's needs to change the name from New York Phylly Cheesesteak Combo to "Nathan's roast beef on a hot dog bun with extruded mashed potatoes" There was no steak, no cheese, no grilled onions, and no hogie bun...there was shredded beef on a dry, cold hot dog bun. You can't call them French Fries - there was nothing fried about them... they were cold, greasy, floopy, crinkled potatoe sticks, which I imagine were extruded from some machiavellian appratus. As for the "New York Cheesecake with strawberry topping" there was one small, THINLY sliced strawberry with a small squirt of Redi Whip - I made the mistake of ordering 2 of them...$24.97 BEFORE service fee, tax and the Dasher tip which added up to $34.78. I don't mind paying $35 for a good meal, even a mediocre one, but this was pathetic!!"
