Will be honest - price scared me - limited what I ordered but totally worth it and am glad it did. Great aervings size. And the sampler with Gumbo with Chicken and Sausage w/rice is actually better the next day. My simple selecttion served two people, two meals for not that much at all. Try the alligator - o m g.

ordered gumbo, had giant chunkypieces of black char that actually hurt to bite into like if grill scraping made it into the pot. was also a ton of rice that out ratio everything else. at 15$ for just 16oz I was beyond disappointed.

The Etouffee with Shrimp and Crawfish w/rice was fantastic!! The catfish Po Boy was very tasty, but there were some significant bones which I don't expect in a sandwich. I'll try shrimp next time I order. I didn't know what to expect with the Brie Bread. It was good but different. Overall it was good and will def order again.

Definitely does not look like the menu pictures I thought I was getting. Taste like plain frozen shrimp. Although there is 12 the sizes are much smaller than pictured. I love swamp bites but probably would not order this menu item again.

"Cajun" food truck NOT GOOD! Shrimp WAY over cooked and the catfish, how do you call yourself cajun and serve Floured and UNSEASONED fish and shrimp. Then drown the fries in CAJUN SEASONING...... A total waste of $20. Yes, I did eat a few pieces of the fish cause I was hungry and used the fries to put some seasoning on them.
