I spent $80on food and fees ad expected the quality I normally recieve, but they must have had a bad day.10PC Tenders were chewy and felt undercooked10PC Legs & Thighs were bland tasted like unseasonedplain fried flour. and the coleslaw tasted weird.

The food was delicious! The chicken tenders were juicy and the perfect amount of spicy and then to finish it off the 1 Frosted Honey-Butter Biscuit™ was the perfect ending. Gooey, sweet, warm im mad I didnt order more. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of. 5 stars ws be I didn't get my ranch that I paid for.

I mean for half chicken didn't get half chicken. It's only a wing and thigh. At least when they say 2 piece that was right.

I assume that they made the food pretty early before dasher accepted order which took sometime because my estimated arrival time changed 3 times from 2:30 to 3:03 . So the biscuits were hard, large coke was watered down. Chicken was dry, overall seems the food and drink sat for a while before dasher accepted order.

Using the option of my last order to be able to make this review, but we tried to get them last night and because they don't accept requests in app I tried calling. 20 minutes couldn't get through. my husband was going to be there about when it should have been ready, so instead he went inside to try and order. turns out they had the phone just sitting there on so calls couldn't get through and the guy was griping so loudly about customers placing orders I could hear him through the phone from the front door. also what's with the okra on a family meal that's like a single serving def not enough for 4-6 people.
