The pancakes were suppose to be my desert. Brandon the manager was very nice when I called to complain and he offered to replace them the next time I visit. DoorDash gave me a partial credit. Gotta love Door Dash! I havent been to IHOP in a while and I have always been satisfied when dining there. I will continue to be a customer considering. If you've made it this far, order somewhere else and avoid the frustration. Other restaurants will get your order correct. Other restaurants know how to properly package up delivery orders.
