The ice cream is thin - like cheap grocery store ice cream. The toppings are just okay and are low quality. My wife ordered extra cherries and got ONE. Won't be back

I love Brusters ice cream but lately my orders have been very skimp. For example, I ordered a large cup and picked 2 flavors. It came in a smaller cup with only 2 scoops. Large cups are not cheap and when I pay almost $25 for 2 cups of ice cream I expect my money's worth.

Brusters does have really good ice cream, but the consistency is terrible, as if the staff some nights just doesn't care. Sometimes when I order, my order is correct. Other times it is completely wrong and I'm confused why they would even give me such a different thing than I ordered.

Good stuff! They package really well and do a good job with their product. We got the strawberry and it was lacking in strawberry pop. Correct color, I wish it was more intensely strawberry. Our kids had the chocolate, no complaints.

Millsha was good but the star of the show is the butter pecan ice cream. The salty pecans are a great surprise.
