Th food delivered was good. My husband said it was the best toasted bagel he's had. We need th ability to remove eggs or make specific comments when ordering through the app.

My sandwich was extremely overcooked to an unacceptable, inedible degree! The cheese was totally burnt and hardened into a rock-like slate. I literally hurt my teeth biting into it!!! The fact that an employee saw this fit to give a customer is incredibly concerning.

I wish the sandwiches had more substance other than mostly bread. Back in the day (1990's) the sandwiches were hearty! Not anymore  :(

Omlette was good, but potatoes could have been browned more, and bread was NOT toasted at all (had to toast it myself)!

Food was sub-par, Half Sandwich & Half Soup sandwich was chewy hard to eat, tasteless. Soup was good.
