The lid was off & it was completely melted & dropped all over everything when tried to take it out of the bag. I was so annoyed by the mess & appearance I threw it in the trash & cleaned up the mess & myself.
I received a pint of sherbert. I ordered the sherbert bars. No word or explanation as to why. I don't even know if it required a price adjustment or not.

Didn't get what I ordered (2-scoop sundae: jamoca almond fudge and mint chocolate chip with caramel praline and almonds) just jamoca ice cream, but it was good. No complaints about the single scoop of butter pecan I also ordered for my Mom.
