I'm obsessed with this restaurant. Everything I have tried from here always is amazing, but my current hyperfixation choices from here are the TBLT and the Nashville Chicken Sandwich / Sandwich au poulet Nashville. Holy hell that is soooo good. I hope they keep it forever. I was a huge fan of the Sweet Potato Copper Cube Poutine / but they havent been cubing them lately and I really miss the cubes lol.
Anyway I highly recommend this restaurant, they are always fast at preparing the food as well and when other restaurants are closed, Copper Branch is usually open- which I really appreciate.
You rock Copper Branch dont ever change! (But bring back cubed sweet potato poutine hehe)

Not what it used to be, unfortunately. There was 1cm of rice as the base for this bowl and the amount of avocado seemed like a garnish. It's certainly not worth the price. The protein did not taste fresh and the sauce seems spicier.

all the items are good, first time trying "vegan food" at a restaurant (and not home made) so ill chalk up my not loving the flavor to my palate being unadjusted, because despite how i think about it there is good textures and interesting new flsvors to be had here. i really liked the side order of general tao, bot sure if its mushrooms or tofu or anything but it was good. Quinoa Chili was also good. Aztec Bowl was good too but again the flsvors of the tempeh were very foreign but not gross or anything just different enough thst it was off putting initially. Do not get the Edison Electric because the chai added to the smoothie is not a nice flavo combo. Only one I do not recommend. they have a simpler drink that should be good tho. and most importantly, i didnt expect a lotof food so i very much so overordered. The bowls could feed two (heavily meat and greasy food eating) people with leftovers too. so in my opinion price is justified at 20$ for a bowl. Nice and healthy do recommend trying, dont expect to love it first time though, its gonna be a palate difference!

Ordered a bowl with extra general tsao, extra sauce, extra broccoli, paid extra for each. Arrived with barely any broccoli in it, let alone extra. Barely four flourettes in the whole bowl. I called the shop, they didn't seem to care, said to write it on DoorDash, so that's what I'm doing. Would not recommend for the price, attention to what they're doing, or customer care.

Chili had hardly any beans or quinoa, tastes like a chunky tomato soup. Garlic bread is small for the price. The black bean burger and sweet potato cubes were great.
