I usually give five stars to Idly Express because I’ve always had a positive experience here. However, this time I felt disappointed, especially with the packaging. The raita was packed in the smallest container with a loose plastic lid, which was carelessly placed inside the bag, resulting in a spill. In the past, both the food and packaging have been excellent, so it’s unfortunate that I had to point out this oversight. I hope the staff will pay more attention to such details in the future. Thank you.

They have reduced the amount of sambhar they used to give. A business should never compromise on the product they sell to increase profits.
