The chicken waffle sandwich is excellent and should be permanent on the menu!!! My iced expresso just made a great way to start the day. Will order again and again, thank you Peets Coffee team for your amazing service.

They had poor delivery packaging. I had ordered a hot Caffe Latte with a Roasted Turkey Parmesan Ciabatta, and a banana loaf. My Latte did not come with a stopper and when I got it it was spilled out. My Roasted Turk Parmesan Ciabattaey was ove cook and the bun was very hard and dry. My Caffe Latte was plain and they did not put any swee in it.

My first time trying peet's and their iced espresso as I've mainly stuck with Starbucks. The iced espresso was so rich and smooth! Packaging for delivery is safe

Realized I ordered hot instead of iced and forgot to request straw, barista was very helpful over phone.

They never give straws even though I added to my order. Also my drink had way too much milk in it and not enough coffee
