well the chicken was great along with the cornbread and apple pie. I received 3 pieces of brisket, 2 were dry, the moist piece half was fat. The white sauce was very good. the greens and baked were ok, standard. send silverware and napkins, don't assume customer has access.

I'm never eating at Jim n Nick's again. The food at Rodney's is stupid good. The brisket was juicy and beautifully smoked with good bark. The chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked. Good cheesy mac, and the cornbread slaps. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

So much flavor! Super moist and the insane amount of smoke & flavor from the chicken and pork is unreal. Love the side dishes! Good size tasty cornbread along with super cheesy mac and melt in your mouth bake beans doesnt get any more food comfort than this. We will be dining in next time.

OMG the whole hog plate is amazing! The Rod sauce is a little vinegary but the pork is so delectable and flavorful it doesn't need sauce. Collard greens are tender and tasty, and the cornbread is moist and not too sweet. Perfect Carolina barbecue!

Overall the food was good. Get the brisket and the chicken. The style of pork BBQ is not for me me, too much vinegar and red pepper flake, but it seems to be the style for the area. French fries, Rodney's sauce, wings and ribs had too much black pepper, but were not bad. HAND PIE APPLE was yummy, good mac n cheese. The corn bread was very eggy, not a traditional cornbread consistency at all. Wish it was served with pickle chips and white bread slices. PITMASTER COMBO good deal for 2 very hungry people, or 3 regularly hungry people.
