Team , I'm sorry. I'm not happy with the food this time as there is no seasoning on them. It too blunt . It is really odd when you add salt or spice after 2 hr of preparing the noodles. I can't eat my lunch now. I can redo this and save it for dinner .

Taste and all is good but the sause or whatever the masala on the top is dried up
