The peach [UMe] White Peach Oolong Tea Latte is one of my favorite drinks from Ume! This location makes consistent drinks and packages the items well!

I DoubleDashed this place because it was one of the few options. Ordered two drinks, same size — one was filled to the top, the other only 3/4 full. My dasher had to wait 17 minutes. The packaging was solid, which is how I know the drink didn’t spill. Disappointing experience overall

Definitely 5 stars for their popcorn chicken and mango drink. Been a really long time customer with ume. But the wait time is taking longer and longer at this specific place. This review is after my numerous long wait order before I posted. Hopefully they will improve

The store is really slow and have the dasher wait there for almost 30 mins. The Matcha boba latte didn't have the ice cream. Store didn't provide any straws for our drinks. We end up using spoons to drink our boba drink which is a totally disappointment!
