I spend 70$ on 5 burgers that were so thin that 2 was not even as big as a quarter pounder. They were burnt around the edges and I don't think they are worth the amount I had to pay for them. I would not order again. They did have fresh vegetables and bun.

ShackBurger is chef kiss omg this place is a huge problem in a good way! I only took 2 bites and fell in love!Banana Pudding Shake is sooooo good! This place is so good for comfort or cravings!Everything is fresh! The burger is still warm and a nice size!I'm marking this place 1 of my favorites and will definitely enjoy ordering again!

The ShackBurger was DELICIOUS!!! Juicy with crispy edges and you could taste how fresh every ingredient used was! My Fries were perfectly salted and just the right portion to split between me and my mom! Highly recommended for a Friday meal to start off the weekend!

Amazing quality in The Big Shack and Chicken Shack very well made and packaged. Extremely flavorful and worth the price in my opinion. However the price you pay for Onion Rings (I only recieved six) is ridiculous even if the taste is good. Fries are pretty typical but arrived warm and fresh which is better than I can say for most places. Now, if you are like me you ordered for the shake. This is where I was sadly let down. Peppermint Bark Chocolate Shake was phenomenal in taste, texture, and temperature. However whoever packed it put it in the drink holder SIDEWAYS. Which led to a mess in the bag and disappointment since about 1/4th-1/3rd of it spilled. I think this was done on purpose since it was tucked under the tab. Overall worth it but next time I will hold them more accountable.

Black & White Shake was good, burger had 1/8th of avocado on it and was $16. with a teaspoon of avocado on it.
