Nashville Bird was delicious but small. Gourmet Breaded Onion Rings were awesome but needed a little salt for my taste.

I'm giving two stars bc the bread and butter Side Sweet Pickles were tasty and a decent amount. 4oz cup. Those deserve 4-5 stars.
Unfortunately, the negative reviews regarding the Popcorn Chicken (6) w/ Buttermilk Ranch are very true. The wines were: burnt on the edges; dry and; hard. The French fries were extremely basic. I would have been upset had I purchased them as a side.
If this experience is representative, of all their menu offerings, I don't think their reviews or business are going to improve.

I ordered the Bacon Bird Combo. The chicken was overcooked and had no flavor, no seasoning. The bun was soggy like they may have put the piece of chicken directly on the bun when it came out the fryer. The best part of the burger was the bacon, which may have been one full piece, if that.

The wings were okay. They're pretty big and would be better if cooked longer. The wam bam sauce is SPICY.

It should be good, but it's just not. I've ordered twice now to see if it's just a fluke, but the chicken was hard and chewy like rubber, the breading was falling off, and they didn't even close the box when they packaged the meal, so it arrived with cold fries. Chick-fil-a is honestly way better.
