The menu says they use ham off the bone instead of Canadian bacon and it's a very welcome upgrade. The hollandaise was on point and my poached eggs were perfect despite being a delivery! I also ordered a kids Silver Dollar Pancakes and was disappointed that they put the whipped butter on top of the pancakes in the container. It melted into a huge puddle on one side.
