"The Triple Bundtlet Tower is gorgeous! Excellent presentation we are extremely pleased. The delivery was less than exceptional. The dasher Vincent was rude and yelled after being told I would not be able to step away from my patient to meet him outside. He explained he was running behind and didn't know if he could park. I explained that I may need to cancel the order and get refunded because I was not available to meet him outside. I asked him to calm down and he proceeded to yell telling me to cancel if I wanted to then he hung up. He called back and indicated he was in front of my office with nowhere to park and asked politely if someone was available to come out to meet him. My assistant overheard the entire exchange and went out to retrieve the gift he was delivering for one of our team members.
