"Im 125 lbs and struggle with my protein intake and overburn my BMI. When I burn out bad with no time to cook i usually do fit eats, but their portions are so small. Today I tried Protein House did the large LR Steak Burrito and a shake and it took forever, pack your patience, but it was fabulous. I was able to take in about 1500 cal, 132g protein, 90 carbs and 68g fat and I already feel so much better and have half left. You can be cheap and go to other places and get something easy but if your goal is to eat clean, spend the money if you don't have the time. The burrito steak was so good and ithink it had 6 or 7 egg whites avocado and cheese and BTW THATS IT none of that fake flavor sugar seasoning, it's just like meal prep you do yourself. It's actual food. Good job business. Also hard to find, it's inside of crunch fitness by Arden mall. "

I’m posting a photo of the actual food so people can see exactly what I’m talking about. For almost $90, the portions were surprisingly small. There was only a little rice, and the salad portion was so small that it was not even enough for one person. The fries were soggy and did not taste fresh.
The kebab was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely dry, had a very unpleasant smell, and did not taste properly prepared. My family did not want to eat the food, and the order was basically left uneaten.
Because we couldn’t eat the food, I had to place another order from a different restaurant that same day. So not only did I waste almost $90, but I also had to spend additional money and wait again just to get dinner for my family.
The customer service was also disappointing. The employee who handed me my order, Hamid, was rude and disrespectful during my interaction with him. After spending almost $90, I expected at minimum to receive fresh food, reasonable portions, and respectful customer service.
I’m not exaggerating or judging based on someone else’s experience — this is exactly what happened with my order on August 30, 2026, and the photo shows what I received.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend International Mediterranean Market & Restaurant to anyone. The food quality, portion sizes, customer service, and overall experience were absolutely not worth the money. I personally will not be ordering from here again.

"Upon the arrival of the Famous Greek soup: Avgolemono, I was so overjoyed. The chicken, rice and eggs were blended perfectly and it was still warm 😋 The Pita Bread accompanied the soup absolutely 💯% perfectly 👌 it was fulfilling and flavorful. The Gyro Plate which I chose lamb/beef combination was generously loaded with rice Pilaf, salad and Pita Bread. I ate just part of it and saving the rest for tomorrow's dinner. I normally order the Gyros but I now prefer the Gyro Plate. The portions are generous and satisfying and appreciated so very much. I did polish off the Baklava, absolutely delectable.

Gyro Bowl - I was a little worried because the restaurant doesn't let you make any notes, so when I picked "mild" I was a little scared because, yes, I am a wimp when it comes to spice and it was delicious!! "I created the pita, but it's one of the best ones I've had in a long time. The gyro was cooked just perfectly. I am on a sodium restricted diet and there was not a lot of salt on this at all. I think that's what made it easier to eat. The sauces were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place again. "I ordered the Fasolakia, Mix Shawarma, and Lamb & Beef Village Gyro. The Mix Shawarma is a combination of lamb, beef, and chicken with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and a yogurt and cucumber based sauce, Tzatziki. You can adjust the spice level. It is different than the gyro as its closed like a burrito with a thinner bread and the gyro is open face with a thicker pita. The gyro is the same toppings but only lamb and beef.
