The chicken soup was a little bland, but maybe that's my fault. I expected something more like chicken tortilla soup. This felt more like Grandma's chicken soup you would eat when you're sick and need something mild. There was a lot of chicken in it. Could have used cilantro and lime, some pico or onion or something, to throw on top. I wish they had packed the tortilla strips separately so they didn't get all waterlogged by the time this came to my house. A little cheese would be nice for on top, too.
