There was no mention at all that they would be smothered in sauce, which completely changed the texture and overall experience—and not in a good way. On top of that, the filling didn’t taste like chorizo at all, which was one of the main reasons I ordered it.
Also, the mocha was misleading. The photo clearly shows it as an iced drink, but when I received it, it was hot. That was super upsetting because I was specifically expecting something cold.
Overall, the descriptions and photos don’t match what you actually get, which makes ordering here frustrating. I hope this gets fixed because it really affects the customer experience."

"Absolutely amazing and authentic! My wife is honduran and my mother in law was visiting. We have been craving pupusas for months but didn't know we had anything near us. On a whim, I just thought to look on DoorDash. Boom! El Boritracho popped up AND they delivered. I was shocked and so excited. The food arrived and the smell was amazing. "The food didn't really taste that good. The buss up shut Buss-Up-Shut Roti was bland and didn't really have any flavor. The Mauby had to be thrown out because it tasted like syrup. The Sorrel was also thrown out as it just had a strange taste. The Oven Barbecue Chicken wasn't good and the callaloo was served like a puree and tasted nasty. The macaroni pie had a bad taste in the center of it and for the price of all those meals, the experience and quality was extremely lacking."

The bibimbap was flavorful and a great size portion (I have some for tomorrow). The sides that were included were yummy - kimchi pickles and brocolli are my favorite and the flavors were on point. The black raspberry wine is a Korean wine and paired perfectly with the meal! It's smooth and sweet and you can taste the berries. Perfect as a dessert wine even after the meal.
Absolutely loved the meal and I will definitely be coming back. The delivery was also handled with great care! They packed it in a box so everything stayed nice for delivery.
