"You would think in a 12 piece chicken box, there would be at least one breast. Nope! I'm not sure what you have to do to get at least one or two, but it hasn't happened yet. Our Chicken Parmesan is amazing. To begin, our chicken breasts are dipped in flour, egg wash, and then Italian bread crumbs with a little salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and a hefty amount of parmesan cheese. We then place them in the pan with olive oil and cook for two and a half minutes per side, until golden. The chicken is then placed over a large portion of our homemade spaghetti, topped with our homemade marinara, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. It is then placed into the oven to melt the cheese to perfection.
