"The Our Dubai Chocolate flavor was excellent and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The taste, texture, and overall execution were well done, making it disappointing that it was only available for a limited time. The Don't Cry Over Spilled Silk flavor was enjoyable, and I appreciate that the brand is creating options for vegan customers. However, there is room for improvement in the flavor profile. A richer chocolate taste, a creamier texture, and a stronger balance of sweetness could make it more satisfying and competitive with traditional dairy-based flavors. The foundation is there, but refining the flavor balance would help it stand out even more.
The Oreo Cookie Chocolate Covered Pretzel Ice Cream sample was another pleasant surprise. The combination of sweet and salty flavors worked very well and made for an enjoyable tasting experience.
Like a well-crafted dessert menu, variety is what keeps customers coming back to try something new. While the current offerings are enjoyable, I would love to see more vegan flavors added to the lineup to provide greater choice and appeal to a wider range of customers.
