"There used to be a location in Downtown LA which was on my way home from work, so I decided to try it and I knew I was definitely gonna start eating there at least once a week. I wasn't able to eat there again because they ended up closing the location the following week, talk about bad luck. This was a few years ago and I couldn't look up different locations because I couldn't remember what the name of the place was. Last night I saw something similar on YouTube which helped me find the name of the place, then I checked to see if Door Dash delivered from them and my luck they did. The orange chicken was over breaded under sauces & the chicken itself was a mix of hard/dry and crunchy to chew through or rubbery.
The tofu eggplant was awful too. I've never seen a Panda Express cut their tofu and eggplant into think french fry shapes sticks & it was all burned to where you could hardly chew and swallow the tofu as it was hard and sharp. Eggplant skin was burnt and I chewable as well.
In both cases the these were undersauced and everything just tasted like old rancid grease.
The rice was dry too - with the white rice having hard overcooked bits and the eggs in the fried rice hard and overcooked too.
Ate 1/2 because I'm hungry and stuck at work but tossed the rest & regret if trying to stomach it as it was unpleasant to eat and def has me feeling pretty ick."
