"We really enjoyed the flavors and freshness of the dishes. The portions were good, and each item was packaged well. The Thandoori Chicken Rotisserie was moist and flavorful, it comes with salad and fries. The Zereshk Pulao with Chicken was delicious, the spices in the chicken stew were fragrant. The Chapli with White Rice was authentic, the spices and herbs are slightly course, it was also slightly spicy. The side of Chicken Tikka Kebab (1 Skewer) and ground Beef Koobideh Kebab (1 Skewer) came with grilled tomatoes and bread, it was tender and smoky. We also ordered fries and extra Afghani Bread (2 Pieces), both fresh. We called ahead of time to ask questions about specific items and they were helpful and friendly. Overall, a good experience and hope to order again."

"I typically order downtown. I could order the Prasini Salad and a Pork Belly Plate (sub rice) and mix altogether and make an entire meal for 4 people (light to normal eaters). I doubled the order and it was sourced from the new Mira Mesa location. The double portion was the same as one order from downtown. Instead of feeding 6 people (3 of whom are heavy weight eating champions or so they seem), we fed a starter and still had to come up with more to feed them. Twice the money, less food. Not happy.
